Justin Chiah
CEO — Global Expansion and Executive Director
We are proud to welcome Justin Chiah as CEO — Global Ventures, as Niveshan Technologies embarks on an exciting new chapter of international growth.
Justin is a technology industry veteran with over two decades of leadership experience across enterprise networking, data storage, channel management, and regional go-to-market strategy. He brings to Niveshan a rare combination of deep technical domain knowledge and proven commercial leadership — shaped by a career that spans some of the most respected names in global technology.
Most recently, Justin served as Vice President & General Manager, Data Services & Storage for Asia Pacific at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) — overseeing a business spanning all-flash and hybrid storage, hyper-converged infrastructure, collaborative platforms, and cloud-native storage solutions. He was instrumental in driving HPE’s strategic transformation of its storage business from hardware-led to a cloud-native, edge-to-cloud service model.
Prior to that, Justin was Senior Director for South-East Asia, Taiwan & Hong Kong/Macau at Aruba, an HPE company — where he held full accountability for Sales, Business Management, Channel Management, Systems Engineering, and Go-To-Market Strategy. Under his leadership, the regional business grew multiple folds.
A 30 -year HP/HPE veteran, Justin also held key roles including Product Category Management for Aruba APJ and General Manager of the HP Networking Business. Before HPE, he served as Director of Product Marketing at Aztech Systems Ltd, a pioneer in broadband networking, and began his career at Cabletron Systems, one of the founding companies of the enterprise networking industry.
Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from the National University of Singapore.
At Niveshan Technologies Global, Justin will lead our international expansion, bringing his extensive regional network, enterprise expertise, and market knowledge to serve customers across Government, Telecom, BFSI, Healthcare, and Smart Cities — helping them address their most critical data, connectivity, and security challenges.
