KB co-founded Niveshan in 2017 alongside three like-minded partners, with the vision of creating a technology-driven enterprise capable of delivering transformative solutions. Prior to founding Niveshan, KB spent over 12 years at RailTel, a Miniratna PSU under the Ministry of Railways, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s technology business. During his tenure, he successfully conceptualised and established the IT and System Integration (SI) vertical, a strategic initiative that expanded RailTel’s portfolio and strengthened its position in the technology ecosystem.
A process-driven professional, KB brings deep expertise in business strategy, strategic sales, marketing, SOP development, and the execution of large-scale system integration projects. His leadership has consistently enabled organisations to deliver complex initiatives within time and cost while building strong industry partnerships and alliances.
With a profound understanding of the government and PSU ecosystem, KB is particularly adept at navigating complex stakeholder environments and driving impactful outcomes.
