K. Sharma is the Co-Founder of Niveshan Technologies India Pvt. Ltd., where he leads the company’s strategic vision and growth in delivering advanced IT infrastructure and technology solutions.

An engineer by training and a finance professional by qualification, he holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from NIT Jaipur (2011) and is a CFA Charterholder. His career began as a Systems Engineer, where he developed a strong technical foundation in enterprise infrastructure and technology systems.

Over time, his exposure to financial markets during the pursuit of the CFA charter broadened his strategic perspective, ultimately shaping his entrepreneurial vision. Recognizing the opportunity to bridge technology expertise with strategic execution, he co-founded Niveshan Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. on 17th January 2018, alongside two like-minded professionals.

Under his leadership, Niveshan has grown into a dynamic organisation of over 250 professionals, bringing together deep expertise across network infrastructure, cybersecurity, databases, compute environments, and large-scale hardware-centric IT projects.

Today, Niveshan collaborates with globally respected organisations such as Hitachi, NEC Japan, Sterlite, Adani, and other leading multinational partners, delivering mission-critical technology solutions for both government and enterprise clients.

Known for his process-driven leadership style, K. Sharma focuses on building high-performing teams and scalable systems that enable organisations to execute complex projects efficiently. With extensive experience working across corporate enterprises, government institutions, and PSUs, he continues to drive Niveshan’s growth through strategic execution, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.
